What are the best golf waterproofs out now?

Recommended Posts

It is that time of year :(

The waterproofs are on, even when it is not raining! Especially the trousers. I am currently sporting some Under Armour Goretex from 15/16 and i love them, but it might be time for something new. Has anyone dived in and treated themselves this winter? Any recommendations?

We have a golf waterproofs guide on Golfshake as well if anyone is looking to buy:

I think nowerdays since the manufacturing patent for gore tex has expired there will be alot of very good waterproofs around, where as one time GOre Tex was the only way to go. I have a pair of Nike Gore Tex that must be 5 years old which have noe really given up the ghost.

I'm going to have to replace them but they have zips and velcro adjusters at the bottm of the legs and I cant seem to find a current pair with the same adjustability. I hate baggy trousers at the bottom,

The first few driver releases for 2017 have already been announced and some are even in the shops. Some pretty good stuff out there! Which one will be going in your bag? I have the 917 in the bag right now, but there new drivers on the horizon from TaylorMade and Callaway, so who knows, one of those could be a winner
