  1. Hi all, I'm just getting back into swinging the club's again after some time off after my son was born. Looking to bag a round pretty regularly. Anyone interested let me know. Ta Iain
  2. Hi All, I am looking for a golf society to join and ideally a playing partner around the Sheffield / South Yorkshire area? I am wanting to play more regular and get my 25 handicap down. I currently live in Sheffield so i am close to some good courses. I am also willing to travel outside the Sheffield area to play more regularly. Cheers Rich
  3. Hi to All Old & New Golfshakers Good to see the new site taking shape. I've been tracking my own scores on Golfshake for over 7 years now and, I'm pleased to say that, slowly but surely, the average gross numbers & handicap are dropping. Looking forward to renewing old acquaintances and meeting some new friends through the new site. I do hope that the annual North vs South battles recommence soon. Voluntary redundancy has freed up more midweek golf time for me so do give me a shout if you ever fancy trying a midweek round at Abbeydale GC in Sheffield. Also, those of you who live in the South Yorks/Derbyshire/Notts region might want to check out the County Golf League website if you fancy getting involved in some relaxed weekend society games during the warmer months (April to September). Best wishes, Peter Wilson
